John Stark Statue

This statue of John Stark was given to the National Statuary Hall Collection by New Hampshire in 1894. Stark fought in several decisive battles during the American Revolution and achieved a reputation as a leader and shrewd tactician.

This statue of John Winthrop was given to the National Statuary Hall Collection by Massachusetts in 1876.

Johnny Cash Statue

Singer and songwriter John R. "Johnny" Cash (1932-2003) was a towering figure in 20th-century American music. Arkansas gave this statue to the National Statuary Hall Collection in 2024. Before this commission, artist Kevin Kresse worked on a bust of Cash for a series of sculptures depicting Arkansas musicians.

This statue of Jonathan Trumbull was given to the National Statuary Hall Collection by Connecticut in 1872.

Justinian I, Relief Portrait

Justinian I (c. 483-565) Byzantine emperor. Appointed Tribonian to compile and consolidate the Roman legal code into the Justinian Code, which he supplemented with a collection of rulings and precedents.
