The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) manages the financial needs of the operational jurisdictions and central services.

The OCFO carries out the core functions of budgeting, accounting, financial systems operations, program analysis and evaluation, enterprise data management and enterprise risk management (ERM). The office provides real-time financial analysis and information that promotes economies of scale, builds evidence-based requirements and maximizes performance.
