Tim Minner, Engineer for the Architect of the Capitol's (AOC) Library Buildings and Grounds, accepted the award from VWEA on behalf of the AOC. The award, which honors demonstrated dedication to pollution prevention, waste elimination or reduction and one year of permit compliance with pretreatment permit conditions, is a testament to the collaborative efforts among the AOC, the Library of Congress and the Town of Culpeper.

In addition, the Packard Campus is highlighted in the summer-fall 2015 issue of Papyrus magazine, the quarterly publication of the International Association of Museum Facility Administrators, with an article emphasizing the prevention of wastewater pollution.
